How to Order STEP 1 Supply the file along with an official order showing your address etc., a laser/ink jet of the job, plus any reference material which may assist in the production and colour accuracy of the job. A previously printed sample can prove invaluable if the job is one of an ongoing series or contains a house colour. STEP 2
We will send you a laser proof of the job for approval along with a pro forma invoice if you do not have a credit account. STEP 3
If everything is to your satisfaction please sign the proof as correct and post it back to us along with your cheque to cover the cost of the job. (For future jobs this stage can be simplified by opening a credit account, especially if the proof is approved without amendment. Ask for more details). STEP 4 We print the job and despatch to your address unless notified otherwise. Normal despatch is within 5 working days. FLY IN THE OINTMENT
Problems with the disc, job design and last minute copy changes are a few of the problems we encounter. When such situations occur we assess the problem and contact you to discuss the matter if any extra charge will be incurred to rectify the problem. The choice is then whether you pay us to correct the artwork, or whether you resupply the file. We obviously do not want to complicate a problem so small file corrections we will probably rectify for free, however those involving a significant amount of our time would need to be treated as a chargeable item.
